The Voting Analysis panel allows you to view and download Raw Data attained from participants' Voting Results. You can find it here: Analysis > Voting Analysis
Option Statistics
The Data Summary table gives you a snapshot of Voting Results. The data is organized in columns, each representing the relevant Topic categories of the given Ethelo project:
- Topic: This is the 'Topic Category' each Voting option falls in. Each Voting page will correspond to a 'Topic'.
- Option: Each of the Options participants vote on can be found here.
- Ethelo Score: The Ethelo Score is aimed at predicting the likelihood of success of a decision, or the "strength" of a decision. It considers both support (higher is better) and conflict (lower is better, especially if fairness is important).
- Support: the average score of the votes, where the score of totally supporting an Option is 100, and the score of totally opposing an Option is 0.
- Approval: Approval is the percentage of people who gave a positive vote rather than a neutral or negative vote. Approval above 50% is a traditional "majority".
- Conflict: Conflict is a measure of the level of disagreement in a group. Higher conflict scores represent internal resistance and risk of failure.
- Total Votes: Here we have the total number of participants voted for each option.
Topic Voting Charts
Each of the Topic Voting sections in your Ethelo Project can be viewed and downloaded in the form of Graphs. You can download the chart by clicking on the 'Chart context menu' icon on the RHS on the page.
Each Topic will have its own Graph containing:
- Percentage of participants' support for each Option on the X-axis (find the specific percentage by hovering mouse on each bar)
- Each Option in the Topic can be seen on the Y-axis represented by a bar.
- Number of participants that showed their level of support for each option is found besides each bar of the graph
Topic Statistics
Here you can find some statistics on a table and a pie chart, showing the level of support for each Topic.
Likert Voting
These reports include detailed levels of approval for each option in the entire project.

Here you can download the raw data in the form of an excel sheet
