The Weight Criteria page enables participants to rate the relative importance of Criteria, ranging from “very important” to “unimportant”. The Weight Criteria page empowers participants to assign importance levels to voting criteria, ranging from "high importance" to "low importance." This offers an additional avenue for participants to convey their preferences beyond the standard voting on options. This is particularly valuable because it enables participants to indicate their degree of emphasis on specific evaluation factors that guide their voting on options. For example, in a product feature prioritization exercise, you might consider "Functionality," "Usability," and "Innovation" as evaluation criteria. You can then allocate higher importance to "Innovation" while assigning relatively lower importance to "Usability" based on your preferences. This way, you can effectively communicate the varying degrees of significance you attach to each criterion in shaping your overall choices.

The default weight of relative importance for each criterion is 50%. This cannot be changed in this page but can be done at the “Voting Criteria” configuration page located in the “Voting” drop-down menu on the left-hand side.
